We went to I’m Vegan Thai restaurant located downtown Chicago, this place has been featuring some of the best Thai food around, Vegan or not. Joey Thurman might have tried everything on the menu from soups, drinks, stir fry, and delicious fried treats that you would swear couldn’t be made from plants!

I'm sure you've heard of Thai food before, but vegan Thai food. We're at I'm Vegan in downtown Chicago and I think I'm going to give one or two or five or 10 dishes a try. Let's check it out.
