Victory Hemp Founder Chad Rosen looks to strategic and VC partners as hemp production projections increase.
We're an angel funded company up until this point. But bringing these solutions to market requires enormous amounts of capital. We have a small processing line, we're able to manufacture 30 metric tons a year. In order to be relevant to a lot of our customers, the minimum amount of poundage is around 2,500 metric tons a year. And that's going to take us three more phases of growth. So we will be raising capital. We're currently in the middle of a fundraising round, closing at the end of this month. We're going to open one up after that. And we'll continue to step up on our valuation and start to bring on more strategics, more VCs, and more partners that really understand what the outcomes should be. And can help us hit those benchmarks and milestones. So, we are actively raising capital and will be for a while.
