Algae is making waves in the food industry as SuSeWi brings new products to the market that highlight the natural flavors and powerful nutrition of algae. Health and planet-conscious consumers can look for vegan fish sticks and caviar in addition to protein ingredients.
There are two things. One is we're developing new foods out of it. So we've made this very lovely no fish fish finger, and we've made some beautiful tasting vegan caviar because we've got the fish flavors. So there's nothing out there that quite tastes like, nothing vegan out there that tastes quite like our algae. And we've made some vegan biscuits and all sorts of other things. So, we're starting to produce foods out of our algae and we're a fantastic ingredient for human food. And that's the one strain of development that we're pushing really hard is the new products that we can make out of it.
